Shipping mainland Spain:
For orders of 125 to 150 euros, the shipping costs will be 10 euros per shipment.
From 151 euros of purchase the shipping will be paid.
These amounts are exclusive of VAT.

SHIPPING & TRANSPORTATION
Once the order preparation is completed, the packages will be dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The form of issuance will be through a transport agency for the whole of Spain. Delivery with signature.
Shipping costsinclude packaging, handling. They can contain a fixed and a variable part based on the price or weight of your request.
CLAIMS
Claims regarding lack of merchandise, errors in orders or damages attributable to PRODUCTOS PARA MANUALIDADES BASIC CREA SL will not be accepted once two days have elapsed from the receipt of the merchandise. In the event of receiving the packaging handled or in poor condition, please state clearly and in writing to the carrier. In any case, it is recommended to put the legend "Pending verification" on all transport documents. Any discrepancy or anomaly that may be detected in our invoices with respect to prices, payment terms, etc., must be notified in writing within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of the same.
